1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@emopurevibe.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead follow our return policy below.
- This policy applies to all our customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Australia.
2. Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all parts included.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we provide a free return label and cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, not suitable), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order separately.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the return.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.
4. Customized / Personalized Products
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved, special-made, or modified products) cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- We encourage customers to review their customization details carefully before placing the order.
5. How to Start a Cancellation or Return
