Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@emopurevibe.com.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead follow our return policy below.
  • This policy applies to all our customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Australia.

2. Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all parts included.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we provide a free return label and cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, not suitable), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order separately.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.

4. Customized / Personalized Products

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved, special-made, or modified products) cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
  • We encourage customers to review their customization details carefully before placing the order.

5. How to Start a Cancellation or Return

Please contact our customer service team at support@emopurevibe.com with your order number and request. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
